"What a wonderful and caring group of people!I came here today with my old man Milo who unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge. Emily was such a wonderful light in such a rough time for our family. Dr. Letteer was so patient and loving to my Milo. He made sure he talked us through every step so we were fully prepared for anything that may happen. The reception staff was so kind and understanding of how rough losing a pet can be. Thank you all for making a heartbreaking experience a little easier I will only bring my pets here in the future, they truly care for you and your fur babies."
