"I've been here in the past with my older dog before I had to put him down (which they were really great helping me through processing the news that that was the best option vs surgeries that wouldn't help (he was 14.5)) I now take my 2.5 year old boy Turbo. We've been through some stuff and Dr. Letteer and the staff in whole have been caring, understanding and great. I know I've annoyed them with loads of questions when we were going through it with Turbo. Sure, they're pricing went up a little from previous years but not a huge amount. I'll continue giving them my support and taking Turbo to them."
